These Terms of Service govern your use of thegiftaxis.com and any gifting proposal, quote or order arranged with The Gift Axis ("we", "us", "our").
Pricing shown on this site is indicative. Final pricing, contents, customization and delivery timelines are confirmed in a written proposal after we understand your requirements.
Our standard minimum order is 20 kits per order, across all collections. Exceptions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Orders are confirmed only after written proposal approval and any agreed advance payment. GST applies to all invoices as per applicable law.
We deliver across 500+ pincodes in India, to single or multiple addresses in one order. Delivery timelines depend on customization, production and courier availability, and are confirmed per order.
Where white-labelling or custom branding is requested, artwork must be approved by the client before production begins. We are not liable for errors in artwork supplied by the client and approved prior to production.
Because kits are customized and produced to order, cancellations after production has begun cannot be accepted. Damaged or incorrect deliveries should be reported within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
The Gift Axis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delivery delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier or force majeure events).
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having jurisdiction.
