PCBL Chemical Ltd needed branded welcome kits for employees across several of its plants. The Gift Axis produced 900 kits and dispatched them in three batches of 300, with production completed in 20 days and each batch delivered when the plants needed it.

The brief
PCBL Chemical Ltd, part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, wanted every new employee to receive the same welcome on day one, whichever plant they joined. That meant 900 identical, fully branded kits, delivered to several plant locations rather than one office — and with joiners arriving on a schedule, the kits had to reach each site on time.

How we produced 900 kits in 20 days
Rather than one large shipment, we produced and dispatched the kits in three batches of 300. Each batch could be checked and sent while the next was in production, which kept the timeline short and meant every plant received its kits on schedule.
Kit design and approval
PCBL shared the number of joiners, the plants to deliver to and their brand guidelines. We designed a kit in PCBL’s purple and black, with a welcome card from the Managing Director in every box.
First 300 kits
Production, branding and packing for the first batch of 300, followed by dispatch to the first set of plants.
Next 300 kits
The second batch went through the same branding and quality checks before dispatch.
Final 300 kits
The final 300 kits were packed and dispatched, completing production of all 900 within 20 days.
