For Van Mahotsav 2025 in Delhi, part of the Government of India’s “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign, The Gift Axis produced 300 gift kits made entirely of sustainable materials. With only one week available, we completed production, printing and delivery within seven days, with same-day delivery in Delhi once the kits were ready.

The brief
Van Mahotsav, India’s annual tree-planting festival, was marked in Delhi in 2025 as part of the Government of India’s “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign. The gift kits had to reflect the spirit of the event: every item needed to be sustainable, and all of it had to be printed with the event branding. The timeline was very tight — just one week from start to delivery.

Six items, all made from sustainable cork and bamboo, and printed with the Van Mahotsav 2025 and #EkPedMaaKeNaam 2.0 branding.

How we delivered 300 kits in one week
With only seven days, we ran sourcing, printing and packing in parallel, then delivered across Delhi on the same day the kits were ready.
